Day3: Active Rest Day
Active Rest = Cardio
Today’s entry is straight forward. It’s an active rest day. Which means that I did cardio today. My body is recovering from the aches I mentioned yesterday, but it felt good getting movement in today.
I’m also down quite a bit of water weight. When I first started, I was 257 pounds. Today, I’m at 253.5. My energy and focus is improving. My grip strength is increasing as well. Doing everyday functions like typing on a keyboard feels easier.
I’m feeling good about the results I’m seeing and the food cravings are becoming easier to handle.
Today’s Workouts
Today was cardio work only. This consisted of twenty five minutes of stair climber without using the handrails followed by kettlebell exercises.
