12 Weeks to Set the Tone for the Rest of My Life
In 12 weeks, I’m getting married. I’ll be a husband, and that’s a big deal. I’m marrying the woman I love, and I want to be the best man I can for her.
I’ve talked to my friends who are married and watched what works for them. One thing stands out: the guys who do well have their own lives in order before they try to take care of anyone else.
That’s what this blog is about. Getting my physical health in order before marriage. For the next 84 days, I’m going to focus on getting myself in shape, physically and mentally. Every day, I’ll post an update about my workouts, what I’m eating, and how things are going. I’ll also talk about other stuff I’m learning about marriage and being a good husband.
